A while ago we shared glimpses of our online Dashboard ordering system in a short video.
It did raise a few curious eyebrows. They intended to know more and we intended on sharing more. Below is a recap of the few questions we got regarding our service of white-label clear aligner manufacturing service and its responses:
Q. Can I Add Patient Data?
A. Absolutely yes. You can add a patient with all their treatment files under their profile. You can also add their address in case it is supposed to ship directly to them (For B2C Clients). Their address can be edited if they have moved mid-treatment. A search in the order history can fetch all the past data.
Q. Is the Ordering Complicated?
A. Have you ordered online using a marketplace like Amazon or Flipkart? It’s pretty much a similar experience. Select items from dropdown menus and complete placing orders for clear aligners based on your requirement and preferences.
Q. Can I Ship It to My Clinic?
A. Again, absolutely yes. You as a client will be given credentials to an account that will be created for you with all your details. You can select to ship the order to your default address or choose to ship it elsewhere.
Q. How Can I Make a Payment?
A. The Quiteclear Dashboard is linked to a payment gateway that is quick and seamless.
Q. How Will I Know the Status of All My Orders?
A. You might have placed multiple orders for aligners of various patients on the Quiteclear Dashboard. You will receive an e-mail and SMS text regarding status updates about each patient on your registered email and phone number. You can choose to refer to the above or keep logged in on our Quiteclear Dashboard and keep tabs on your orders under the ‘Order History’ page for real-time updates.
Q. How Do I Place Continuing Orders for the Same Patient?
A. No need to add a new patient. You can just select the continuing patient from the dropdown for a new order. You can also search the patient from the order history and check on the orders placed for them so far.
Q. Is There a Way to Download the Data From the Dashboard?
A. You can download the order history in .csv format and manage data using filters for your internal purposes.
Q. How About the Invoices?
A. The invoices will be updated on each order once the order has been shipped.
